FPS Creator X10 / Background music only plays when ontop of barrier

How can I make the background music repeat everywhere, and not just standing ontop of the barrier/box thing? I got it to work once but I forgot now :S

In the .FPI of the map you can set the in game music to which ever you want it to be. However it cannot change unless you script it. So it will constantly repeat itself.
