Regardless of how many plugins there are for various TCP and UDP MP systems, are the original DBP multiplayer commands for TCP transmission or UDP transmission?

UDP, and they use their own minimal protocol on top of that.

@ Sepnon
I have DarkNet.

We used DarkNet.

DarkNet broke my internet when 3 players joined the server app.

We stopped using DarkNet.

We realised the DBP commands work fine.

We continued using them.

(Oh and this isn't the first Dark$$$$ that hasn't lived up to expectations:
DarkPhysics produces randomly static objects when all the rest are set up dynamically. (Contibuting to the cancelling of Vision)
DarkLights doesn't lightmap everything and also doesn't provide a better realtime lighting system. (Collectively cancelling the same project DarkNet cancelled (which Soharix never got to announce))
)

Don't know what you mean. I've been using DarkNet for my game since it was MikeNet, and we've had up to 10 players at once with no networking issues.

@ KISTech
Obviously I'm coding it wrong or something...

But whatever we tried, as soon as the third person would join, my whole internet would screw up and I'd have to go reset the router.

As this consequence for a failed test is so great, trying to find a solution to the problem proved difficult, so we just moved back to what we knew already worked. (The original DBP commands)
