where can i get as close to world of warcraft foliage code (grass, rocks, trees), as possible?

Erm, maybe I don't quite understand what you're asking, but there is no "code" that will do that for you. You'll need to model your own objects (or find free ones), animate them, and load them into DBPro. Then you might need to write some code to handle the animation if simple keyframe animation isn't enough...

tree[d] is free and produces animated ".x" trees but tree magic and plant life are really good (and cheap)!

Given you are working with DBPro, I would highly recommend TreeMagik and PlantLife. If you set it all up correctly, it looks better than WoW.

Although animated trees and plants would be pretty sweet, it's a lot of work for DBPro to handle.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 has some awesome plants and trees, although I think their trees move around a little to much.
