Hello,
an african game development studio had used the FPSC stock media in a IPHONE game...

Is this legal ?

Maybe I have completely wrong and maybe it's a FPSC game...

As long as they purchased FPS Creator to get the content, it's legal I believe. (Assuming the stock media has the same licenses as the model packs)

I don't see any FPSC stock art in the screenshots. Is that just me?

He's talking about the M16

I can see the confusion here. I don't think this is a FPSC stock gun that was put in, maybe just one that looks familier

Windows 7, Amd Athlon 7750 Black Editon (64 bit,3ghz + Dual Core), ATI Readon HD 4870 1gb Edition, 4gb Ram.

There must be 100ds of M16 models built for games and engines and problably some look similar.

But the hud looks like its from an FPSC media pack

In case you find my grammar and spelling weird ---> native German speaker ^^

It's all good so long as they purchased FPSC legally.

in a other engine than FPSC.

Recognized it from the iphone game pic immediately. Definitely legal, and quite interesting to know that we made it to actual game dev. Or more of Simon made it.

I'm sure we had the same discussion on here about this in the past and it was cleared, If I remember I think even Rick V came in and added a comment and an all clear, I dream of the day I put Bond1's female mesh I reskinned into multiple new character skins of seedy wantonness into a full game, Ive got enough of those to make a full game, the best idea I could come up with was an experimental Nazi breeding camp gone wrong, and the nefariously dressed breeding stock has gone violently AWOL.

Nazis + erotica + ultra violence, = artistic perfection, a sure fire mega hit me thinks. I can see the interview with Melvyn Bragg for the South Bank Show right now, or perhaps that plain boring bird with the short lived pop carear on that there Culture Show.. No! Forget her. They will roll out Mark Kermode for something of this calibre.
