I was wondering if you could Size models to make them bigger or smaller in FPS Creator, so that way I don't have to go make the model smaller in SketchUp.

Open the entity's .fpe file and find the
line, and change the percentage to whatever you like.

If it doesn't have that line in the .fpe file, you can add it. Remember that if it's a dynamic entity and it uses a proximity script (PLRDISTWITHIN=) you may need to change the distance values in the script to work properly with a larger or smaller version.
