Hello, I'm Monkey, and i'm looking for a few packs of average modern people, which I can place in places such as airports, coffee shops, houses, hospitals, etc. and they would fit in.

If any of you know such a pack, or are willing to make one because your awesome, please post the thread/download link here.

Thanks!

There may be a few characters on fps-files or fps-free. You can always retexture the characters in the store or model packs. Otherwise, you'll need to find exactly what you're looking for on another media site such as Turbosquid, pay top dollar for one or two models, and then import those characters into FPS Creator from there.

As you can see below...Model Pack 4 can make a lot of new characters with a re-texture. (you just need to make the average clothes for them)
The convict turned out really well as a civilian.

Google image search, either that or make them yourself using an image editing program such as GIMP or Photoshop.

@Monkey Mja, the original texture files are in the model pack along with the characters. You have to make your own retextures.

@WolfeClaw, your signature is too big. Just a heads up, because mods will delete signatures over the size limit.

bond1's older characters have extremly tidy textures.

Just recoloring the different parts of clothing and the skin tone will yield enough different NPCs to seriously reduce your frame rate

In case you find my grammar and spelling weird ---> native German speaker ^^
