What do you mean? The visual effect or the actual range of the explosion?

I am not sure which decal is being called as default explosion, could simply look through them in the gamecore folder and see, change the scale in the decal specs.

I'm interested in learning this too, the stock explosion looks like a puff of smoke, whereas today's gamer is looking for a much more firey, white hot explosion than FPSC stock offers.

Maybe I just imagined saying what I did, but I could swear its still there, still looks like my post is there, yep I am sure it is.
No one is going to do this for you, your only real option is to look at the explosion in-game then look for the explosion decal in the gamecore\decals folder, even at thumbnail size you should find it, increase the scale in the decal specs, I cant be bothered going through the many additional explosion decals I have of my own to find this for you especially since you cant seem to be bothered doing it for yourself and you probably only got a couple to look at.
If increasing the decal scale dont help then your going to have to look into a mod such as PB.
