I've given up on bsp's and i'm buildning my own damn simple level editor. So here's the n00b question of the week:
Is there a way to texture different sides of a dbpro box with different textures without using memblocks?
I really don't feel i want to build the map part by part by loading lot's of different .x models.

If anyone who wants to learn bsp usage in dbpro, this is why you should give it up and save some time:

I've given up on bsp's since i found out they are quite useless in dbpro. I got the lightmapping to work, but then it all when straight to hell when i added regular db lightning, since it all shines through walls and such, and don't affect the actual bsp.
But what really bugged me the most was the inability to use bsp collision combined with object collision. You got to have either one. And the bsp collision works very poorly as well since if two faces intersect with eachother with more then a 90 degree angle, you are most likely to fall straight trough the map.

Release the farbror in you!
