What free programs directly support FPSC for game development?

Right now I have listed:
Entity Maker Downloadable from HERE
Segment Editor Downloadable from HERE
FPI Edit Pad downloadable from HERE
Character Studio File downloadable from HERE
Cartography Shop downloadable from HERE

What other free programs that support FPSC game development am I forgetting, either TGC products or from another known and trusted developer?

[Added]
Please list the directory for each of these programs you have installed.. ie..
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cartography Shop
C:\Program Files (x86)\The Game Creators\FPS Creator

I would also like to know how popular and frequently used these programs are.

Thanks for your replies in advanced.

(Please for now, only suggest completely free programs or free "demo" versions with high functionality.)

Thanks guys.

Blackfox, have you been getting my emails? (you are the one that contacted me correct?)

I would also like to know how popular and frequently used these programs are.

I bought and recommend the program 'Signs' which can be found on 'Fpscfree'.

It's not free but it's a program which inspired some of the others which you have listed already and I think is a valuable tool to have at your disposal.

That John Guy, I would suggest that since you are gathering a list of program resources for FPSC, that you also ask for/include a listing of each program's capabilities. I have read the webpages for many of these programs and I still get confused when comparing and contrasting capabilities.

Well it is really a matter of testing programs to find out if it has the functions you want. Each developers tool may have the same outcome, but you may like the work flow better from one app to another.

I am not really asking just to compile a list here.

Right, thanks Kraven, I knew about that thread, but I want to see what everyone is using, aside from what is listed there.
