FPGC, as opposed to FPSC which can do the same thing (although FPGC supposedly has more adventure type features) is for politically correct institutions and helicopter moms (moms who continuously hover over their children to make sure they don't touch anything that might hurt them or stain their sterile minds). These institutions cannot provide anything to students or users that could be used to depict or portray violence. It's mentioned briefly in the newest newsletter.
At some point, someone will hit another person with the software box and it will be banned.
