Why not trying to Email him directly? His email is on the web page. He may just not be using Tradebit anymore. After all that then maybe it's a scam.

There have been a number of issues over the last few years concerning purchases of this product.
I can't remember what the outcome was with these issues but it sounds like the same thing happened to other people.

Again. I highly recommend the purchase of the program 'Signs V'.

Good luck with this issue

Yep; I remember seeing this before with him. Try asking around here about a 3rd Party product before purchase next time Renny. I'm sure there are plenty of people that can help you out!

Thanks, I did email him many time, not a word from him. It was only $15.00, but I don't want any one else to get taken.

Start a PayPal claim. It's worked for me 3 times or so. PayPal will automatically deduct the money from his account and place it back into yours, regardless of whether there is money in his account or not.

Uberdroid is not a scammer, he is a respected member, he must have just disappered like a lot of over members that are repsected, do not call him a scamer, this is not true.

Obviously not if he has been deleted for copyright issues.

I have to agree with Higgins here, Sinistar has been around here for years. I have bought this bit of software and never had problems with the seller. Also Sinistar has been supporting this software for sometime, but I think contacting paypal is the best advise.

I don't know how Soviet176 is reading copyright issues from non detailed email which happens to have (Copyright) at the end of it. It does not say anything about it being deleted because of copyright issues.

Hope you get this resolved soon sadsack and Signs is much better to be honest as Magicfps does not work well with patch 1.16

Regards

DC

Urm, no, I have been around a lot longer than you and I know he would not scam any one. Basically, his contract with the publisher he was using has removed him due to inactivity, meaning they would use any excuse to get rid of his data. I have bought from him in the past, and got my goods, so do not call him a scammer, he is just a user that has become inactive.

well you would think that he would reply to my emails and let me know that something is wrong and will make good on the program, or give my money back. I have been here a long time too, this is the first time I got Burned from some here on the froum. But we all have our problems, hopefull he will get over his.

Being around longer has absolutely nothing to do with what the email says, Why wou wold it have copyright at the end? maybe it was just a cool word to put at the end? I highly doubt the publisher would have said that in spite. As for scamming, I don't care about that, I am clearly stating the fact that he was deleted because of "[email protected] isnt longer a Merchant on
Tradebit. We have deleted them. ( Copyright )" please read. Nothing says because of inactivity.

The publisher can say any thing they want, doesn't mean Uberdroid is a scammer and have been removed due to copy right. Every thing he coded, was his own work.

Any way, I'm kind of drunk, but I still know he wouldst scam and wouldn't steal someone else's work and sell it.

Good advice on 3rd party apps: Always email before purchasing to see if anyone's minding the store. If you don't get an email response, don't buy.

False. The publisher is liable for anything they say, if they claim it's a (Copyright) generally meaning a copyright violation, that usually means that something happened where some product was ripped or whatever. Though I don't doubt that he isn't a scammer, something obviously happened. Denying it doesn't really help. Unless he can show up and say, "Yes I violated a copyright." or "I was inactive so it was removed." then you can't really say much.

Yes, I was drunk yesterday and I was posting stuff that had no sense to it. Anyway, if you look on his site, he has links to his myspace and youtube pages, on his youtube page, he was last signed in a week ago, that's probably your best chance to contact him if he doesn't reply by his forum email address.

Ok, here the story,
I got an email from [email protected] and ask if I downloaded the program I paid for. I told him that I did not and that the download place was not working with him any more. He gave me an address to download the program. I did so and will let you know how I like it.

It been 7 days I been waiting to hear from him and not a word.
I will try out his stuff, see how that works.

Chances are he is busy. Anyone who generally works online very seldom responds right away to emails, be thankful you got a response and didn't have to go through any legal procedures.

I just now realized I've had a typo in my signature for the past 3 years.

Well... That's not always so. I mean, I've been accused of copyright violation, of stuff I've made myself (music). I mean, I uploaded my music to MediaFire, and (not all, just one album) got deleted. It was deleted because of "copyright violation"... And well... It didn't violate ANY copyrights, as I have the copyright to it. But anyway, I uploaded again, it hasn't been deleted. But you know, people CAN claim things to violate copyright even if they don't. Especially websites, which always always give the same "report" and stuff.

BUT ANYWAY, Sorry about offtopic. I just felt like saying that it's not always like that.
...Sorry.

Or got into prison, or was eaten by lions, attacked by a swarm of hornets, etc... Or maybe he just didn't have internet connection, etc...
All are good reasons. Though, I find it annoying too, when people don't reply to emails. But I've gotten used to it...
