I had to get a new hard drive because my other one failed so I had to get all my media back. So I went to model pack 36 and it says its unavailable. In fact all of the are.

If you have purchased it in the past; then you should contact customer support, as there's nothing here anyone can do for you.

Actually Model Pack 36 was for free. Just go to the model pack 36 page and there will be a download link. Download it from there.

That's because of the fact that the website has a new "enter your birthdate" security system, so that minors can't look at the "adult" content.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Basically to overcome it you would have to create another account on your comp. And access the website from there.

No... you just delete all the passwords and stuff from the tool thingy. Don't know how to say it, but then just put whatever age you want. Mgarand said it better...

actually pack 36 was free....the download link disappear after fpsc was shifted to new website
