When i load it up, as admin, the program starts off not responding. Then the preview stops working. I redownloaded, I reinstalled, I tried the vista patch, what am I doing wrong?

Mines seems fine, try running it without admin enabled. What are your specs also ?

Ok same thing happen to me, I have a lower end computer and it's a laptop. You need to make sure you have no windows open, especiall internet explorer. You then need to disconnect interent access. Next go into proccess inside of your task manager. WARNING IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS DON'T STOP IT! close things that say apple, webcam, ect. When you restart your computer these will come back. Now try it.

I hate this box, but hey it's there.....
..... It's still there.....

List of procceses that shouldn't be closed :

Auidodg.exe
Csrss.exe
Lsass.exe
Lsm.exe
Services.exe
smss,exe
spoolsv.exe
svchost.exe (All of them)
system.exe (Can't be ended)
system idle process.exe (Can't be ended)
taskhost.exe
tastmgr.exe (Will close TaskMan)
Wininit.exe
Winlogon.exe

They are all the vital .exe's of windows, closing a single one will require you to restart windows.

If you are not sure what a proccess is then just scroll over to description and it will tell you.

Logicly that won't work because procceses can't cause another process to crash (Unless it's a virus) and your internet connection has nothing to do with it

Best thing to do is try running it without admin on, if it says you can't run it cause you need to be an admin then disable the UAP by using msconfig.exe, restart your PC and see if that works. If you are not the admin of the PC then you will need to access the admins account to make yourself an admin.

I wouldnt really recommend closing 'explorer.exe' either, it gets rid of the atart bar at the bottom so you can't access and programs that way or click on any tabs you have open.

It's ok to close that as it's not vital to windows, it does restart itself aswell (On windows 7 atleast)
