Hello,
I've made tree in Tree Magik, exported and I'm trying to use it in game with alpha blending, but it doesn't work a little..

Here's how it works in game:

Try dbSetObjectTransparency with all the different modes and see which works best.

Looks good without light, but with something still is wrong. Are there any ways to fix it?

Left - with light enabled
Right - without

Looks like two different angles. Are you sure you're not seeing the "shadow-side"? Think of taking a picture of someone whose back is toward the sun. What do you get? Their face is all dark. Looks like the same thing is happening to you above.

Does it look that dark when you walk all the way around it?

Nope, that's not that. Looks same from both sides.
There's screen from other side:

Sure, here you are.
Imageshack for some reason doesn't work, I'll upload to forum.
On left tree with light.
It's better than totally black
