FPS Creator X10 / FPS Build Game Menu Nothing Happens !!!

Can someone tell me why the menu here on build game just stands still and does nothing?
Not even any error messages.
Using windows 7 64bit.
Has worked fine before, but even made a new install and same problem.

It just stays like this for freaking ever.

Again? what good will that do when I already made a complete fresh install of every thing fps creator related?
but okay, wont hurt giving it a nother go, but doubt it changes anything

Nope, it is the same problem again.
Even installed the thing on my D drive this time instead of on the C drive, but no Luck at all.

Go into the usersettings.ini file, and enter your e-mail that you bought it with, and the serial code.
