how can i make walls or doors or this thing there DESTROYABLE or Breakable ?

i ve just put at the destroy of this Thing window.fpi and nothin happened i though it would get destroyed like a window but nothing

any suggestions ?

I've wondered this too, someone around here made a model pack that featured destructible walls and whatnot, so yeah. I think he was charging like $5 for it, but it's pretty sick.

As long as the health of the entity is not set to 0, you should be able to destroy it.

That, and it has to be dynamic. The fpi you use for it's destroy script will define how it is destroyed; crumble, disappear, etc. Play with it's strength to adjust how much damage it takes to destroy it I think. You can also set it to explodable for more effect.

There is also buttercutter. You can find it here.

Dynamic entities are the only ones which are destructible. Set the entity health greater than 0.

Or if you wanted to turn a specific model in to a breakable one, you'd need to:

1: Cut up the model in to seperate pieces

ANIMATED

A1: Give the new cut up model a destroy animation
A2: Give it the buttercutter desttroy script

GIBS

B1: Export each seperate model piece
B2: Place them all in the editor, but set them to spawn after the main entity has been destroyed.

I'd love to see things from your point of view but I can't get my head that far up my bum.
