The problem is, you didn't provide any code for us to help you!

What collision are you using? Built in or sparkys?
Are you using bsp maps?

Give us clue here!

im not using any collision yet but im using direct x models.

There's your problem.

Press f1, then look at the collision commands. Or search the forums for sparkys.
