Well, everyone else is posting theirs, might as well get crit on mine. My entry is some sort of mechanised, aerial beast I started making randomly (no inspiration, no concept art - probably a bad idea, but oh well). It turned out pretty well so far, and I don't know what/if there is something to fix.

I call it 'Chained Behemoth'.

That's where the texture will help, but the front two discs are headlights, the indents beside them are vents, the big fans are... well, fans, that big spiky cylinder is a cannon and finally the three things on the bottom/side are power generators/ power consumption mechanisms. I also just realized how much of a pain to UV Map...

It's an interesting piece, I think the right texture will really pull it together, I'm seeing a whites and lighter blues scheme personally.

a couple of things though: I don't really see what purpose the chains serve other than just to have them. They are too short and thin to tether it, they can't hook to anything etc.

Also, I guess the fan's are it's means of propulsion? which would mean it's an atmospheric rather than space craft, but I see no way it could ever land or come to rest anywhere. Also, having them only on one side it's visually interesting, but very unbalanced, the cannon side would drop down and it would have a lot of trouble actually flying.

Mabye add some thrusters or something to compensate.

what he should do is give the chains more variation in length and make the ends look broken off, that way it could look like they were used to chain it down.

@Ortu, I meant criticism on the model, not the design But yes, I'll try to add legs to it (mechanised, of course, nothing like MGS4's Cowfrogs) more weapons.

Design is just as important Like I said, it's an interesting piece and being functional only makes it more so

An update, took away the chains, replaced them with chainsaws... I haven't figured out how I'm going to connect them to the main body yet, but I'm just trying to get the idea for now...

Very original and neat concept, PW!

Maybe you can have them tied on... with chains! Or maybe just have them dangling from the bottom of the beast with chains. That would be pretty scary.
