I personally think the notice of the location of Order & Billing Support is quite clever. I mean, your mouse on the monitor is always basically a centimeter away from the notice when you post. So I don't necessarily understand why some people cannot recognise it

Well; it's really a mute point, since many people post items/threads without reading the stickies at the top at all. I could have a thread that was stickied and colored orange, with the words CUSTOMER SUPPORT NOT FOUND ON THE BOARDS!!...and people would still make a thread asking for customer support!

Until people learn to help themselves, on even the most basic level; there's only so much you can do.

Yep, quite a few people still don't read stickies, especially around the WIP board. I don't know what it is, laziness, or what?

Or are they so excited about getting their first game on the forum? I don't know. I don't remember why I did such a thing, but some people post 2 or 3 threads of the same game without screenies, even thou the last post on hte thread was propably KeithC saying that they need screenies... what is that about then?

I'll be doing one last thorough cleaning/moderating session this weekend; then this will be un-stickied.
