So!

If this thread is inapropriate please close

I just want to ask in what time my next project should play.

Scifi

Dystopic Scifi Horror Game on a Moonbase. Worn out, rusty and deseased. Beeing hunted in claustrophobic hallways and alcoves.

1950's

Adventure Horror Game in the good ol' times. I would be trying to catch the athmosphere here with loads of custom weapons, old mansions and manors and a dark story about demons and black magic.

Thats all for now, please write down your choice and/or suggestions

Poll Status: 12:11

50's : \\\\

Scifi: \\

If you're interested, please post! I let the poll run till the evening 22:00 hours and then I start my work on the chosen game

Scifi
I would give a suggestion but no need. Obviously those two choices were not thought up by chance, meaning you must have some thoughts already on the two.

So I choose scifi, since you can base your game off any topic and not be critiqued upon stupid things such as realism. My idea for a good scifi game would be the horror's of living in a world torn by war. So you could be wondering through areas that have clearly seen better days. So walls covered in bullet holes, maybe a dead body or two for the scares I know you love to give. I guess a good atmosphere could be similar to killzone 2.

Anyways whatever you choose, your Adrien. In other words you'll naturally end up with one sick, wikid, twisted result. Luck to you on it

Scifi.

Definitely. I mean, after how you showed your scifi skills in both the Shavra 'series' and Lunar Crisis, I think you should continue with your style. I loved Shavra, it was my favorite FPSC game (kinda still is)

I'm quite glad that the 50's option won, as that's the one I was going to cast my vote for (didn't realize this poll was actually taking place).

I just instantly thought of how brilliant it would be to see you make a game almost reminiscent of Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth, which has always been by far one of my favorite games to play. I strongly believe you could make a killer project like that, with your personal style and atmosphere.

Either way, good luck on this new title my friend, and great to see you back in full force

Cheers.

Life would be much easier if I had the source code.

you know what would be really cool?

If you mixed the two together to make a theme (kind of like the movie 9 in a way)

Yeh. 9 was great. But I am wanting to see what you come up with 1950s. As we have like never seen that here. And Sci-Fi we have. But you are great with sci-fi. There's lot of proof.

Wolf,
Since you are going to do the 50's theme, I suggest lots of classic cars. That would really help with the 50's feel. It is what the 50's is remembered for, at least thats what I mostly think of when the 50's is brought up.

@That Guy John, knowing Wolf's style, it's probably going to be horror-themed and indoors

Well in that case, malt shops, leather jackets, juke boxes, nickelodeons, basicly watch a bunch of james dean movies and of course, "Happy Days"

[btw] glad to see Wolf decided to hang around.
