I have that too with the same segment... weird. And the other stock segment never shows the wall that is up in the creator mode. But every other wall lits up fine... Weird...

Had the same problem, just replaced the floor/ceiling to get rid of the blackness. Its either a graphical bug or a problem with the current beta.
