Hi i haven't used any mods yet but wondered if anyone can tell me which mod gives the best speed increase for free.
Thanks for any info.

I'm only running
nVidea 8500 1gig which isn't that fast
4 Gig DDR2
Duel Core 3ghz Pentium
WinXP

FPS Creator Updated 116 + Loads of Addon Packs DBPro DarkAI,eXtends,Dark Physics, Dark Lights, 2DPluginKit
1Gig Graphics Card, 4 Gig DDR2 Ram, Intel Duel Core 3GHZ CPU

Well, Fenix Mod can handle alot of stuff. I think it's teh best free mod so far.

No way, PB is easily the best mod for speed. Ask anyone's who's used it.

However, it does cost $28. So if you don't have money laying around then go for Fenix mod.

I have used it (bought and paid for too ) and can say Fenix is faster ^_^ (for me at least)

Your signature has been erased by a mod. The sig needs to be 600 width maximum (x 120 height) for all of it.

LOL. Not when bloom is enabled its not. Fenix is great for a free mod but PB performance is significantly better.

Having said that v1.17 will be a free upgrade with better performance than Fenix and PB

He asked a free mod, so I gave an example of a free mod. I know that PB is easily superior to any other mod, but Fenix Mod is a proud 2nd.

What about PG(project Green) that is the free version of project blue, but it lacks some things like daul weilding, but every thing else is the same(I guess), the thread is some where on this board.

I'd have to say........ The Game Creators can make dreams come true.

He he he.. Well I really hate bloom in most games as many tend to go way! over the top with it, so never use it myself
