I have Windows vista 32 bit with direct x10, and can run 2.0 shaders just fine in x9, but when i play the x10 tech demo, the graphiccs and effects are so high I get a framerate of like 5. In the full version can you lower the graphics like in x9 because I really want this but if i buy it, and its too laggy, I would be wasting $60 bucks. Could someone make a small test map with "ok" graphics?

That would REALLY HELP

What's your GPU? That's probably the problem.

Go to Start>Run and type in dxdiag and press enter. Then navigate to Display and hey Presto.

That's the right bit. And the graphics card you're using isn't fully supported by X10, so it's not going to work with FPSC X10 well. I'm guessing you're using a laptop?

And I would like to direct your attention to this .

Please read the system specifications thread that is at the top of the FPSC X10 forums. Your issue is with a card that doesn't support directX 10 which is 100% required to run FPSC X10

Windows 7 Pro, Intel Core 2 Duo 2.8Ghz, 4GB DDR3, Dual nvidia SLI 9800GT 1GB, 1.5TB Hard disk, OS installed on solid state drive
