I have heard people say it works on windows 7, I don't see why it would not. I think others have run it as well. Just run it as admin and compatibility with windows xp.

Unhelpful Titles

Please do not simply write "Noob Question", "I am a newb", "One Noobie Question", "A question", "Please help", "This isn't working" or anything similar as the title of your post. We have a search facility, and meaningless titles do not help others find answers to their questions. It will also help you to get quicker responses if people have an idea of your thread content.

There is a windows 8 (or at least there will be) but this guy just dumped himself in it as Microsoft haven't released anything about it officially yet so he wouldn't know anything about it. Even if he worked for MS he wouldn't know that FPSC works on it yet, because anyone that works for a company like MS would know that an OS that isn't even in beta stages yet couldn't possibly give reliable results on what would run and what wouldn't so they wouldn't want to say.

So yes it works on windows 7, and we don't know about windows 8 as it isn't out yet its being coded still.

I guess Monkey M. would be technically right. Since it is not available it can't work on Windows 8.

I have windows 7 and it works on windows 7 including my modded version.

I am running windows 7, 64 bit, and have no problems. The only thing that is different from my old xp, 32 bit system is I can't run Fenix mod with version 1.16, but 1.15 with Fenix works fine. (crashes on build game) but who knows what that problem might be.
