FPS Creator X10 / [LOCKED] entity gets hit when not on target

I wonder if anyone can help- I'm quite new to this. I've imported an entity via pandasoft from 3ds max. It seems to show up ok in fpsc. However, when I shoot at the model it can be hit when the shot is not directly on target. For instance, using the commando and sniper scope, you can zoom in and still fire about 1cm off to the side of the target and it gets hit. Anyone know how to sort this out so the target only gets damaged when it is hit?

um isnt this the 3rd time you have posted this you posted one under fpsc chat and models and media and this dose not beling here cause i dont think yur using x10.....
