That would be good. It would have to include LAN options as well as internet/direct connection.

Agree.

To anyone who lives in England: I liked London when I went two weeks ago.

well ... i don't think FPSC could handle it, maybe it could, but it would require a lot of coding to do that ....

Actually, with the game modes they put in, all they really need to do is add a no friendly fire script, and a way to make enitity's in multiplayer (entites meaning character's)

I LOVE CO-OP!!!

With all the anti-social backlash from video games, co-op can bring back the social gaming of the days gone by (for me anyway), plus they can add longevity to games once you bashed it single player.

Your signature has been erased by a mod. The sig needs to be 600 width maximum (x 120 height) for all of it.

I just hate the abundance of Xbox 360 games with Co-op or even a 2 player mode.

I think SplitScreen CoOp would be fantastic.

It needs no internet connection at all, no need to contact the TGC server, has no problems with the server listing (something I really hate about FPSC Mutliplayer) and wouldn't have collisions with the absence of scripting in multiplayer ... in my head, that is

Yeah I know... dream on...

However, could you really play a split screen co-op with just a single keyboard and mouse. That is, unless you are using two game controllers but I'm not sure if FPSC is compatible.

FPSC already allows 1 X-Box Controller. Why not 2? I imagine it not to be that difficult to do, but on the other hand, I have never ever touched the FPSC source code, so don't take my words too seriously.

However, this little heart is put into the idea of FPSC with splitscreen coop:

Splitscreen on a PC is just...I don't know....Odd really...To me it doesn't make sense. But Co-op I agree. But I don't think we wil see any of this anytime soon.

Co-op shouldn't make big harm to servers, and dynamic entities could be used too.

Check for pure horror.

It'd be nice but the whole networking system would have to be rewritten (since it doesn't support dynamic entities), among other things.

Yeah, it'd take some work but at least it's still possible
