Could you be any more vague? Which Site? Which software?

I'm assuming you mean Dark Basic Pro and the plugins? If this is the case, then you need to register each one using the correct serial number when you install it.

Install DBP first, then download and install the latest patch (currently 7.4 stable, or 7.5b14 for the Beta), then install the other plug ins and register them as you go.

If you meant some other site/software then I'm afraid a few more details are needed
