Looks great for a start but a few tips:

-improve the texture and uvmap,I can see some stretching at the front
-try smoothing the model
-I can see the cockpit is slightly outside the body on the rear of the cockpit, try to fix it

If you fix these things, you will have an excellent model.

as see you can see i've fixed up the cockpit and i have smoothed the model.
Though I haven't yet retextured it yet

No offense, but you could do with editing more or less all of it...

Look up fighter jets on Google. Your wings are aerodynamically wrong, and the cockpit should merge into the front more rather than sticking out like that. Also, the engines look strange:

Looks good. What program are you using to model this? Also I see you seem to be going for a f-22 raptor type look, so I looked around and found you some basic refs pics.

A larger one for you to download. Enjoy!

It is not really surposed to be a modern day fighter jet but more of a space fighter aircraft kind of thing and it is my first model though i will make an effort to make it more realistic

and Starmind001 I'm using AC3D

I've fully redone the body and texture of the aircraft
but the air intakes are yet to be completed.
I probably still will release the other aircraft

Yeah it does look a lot sharper, but also very basic and unrealsistic
it was inspired by Spore.

Thanks

I have posted a basic fpsc ready version of this on my website
Please comment on the model and not the Fpsc version

I do not know how to properly export my texture so the cockpit is black
P.s. I was using multiple textures

Cool, AC3D - I use it as well. Now I think a great tool for you to use wıth AC3D is under Vertex - Snap together. The way this works:

-Select two or more vertexes by holding down shift and clicking
-Selecting Vertex > Snap Together
-Edit a bit so it looks right

What this does is snaps vertexes together to make separate objects flow into each other a lot better, and I think that's exactly what you need for this model. As CoffeeG said up ^^there^^ you need to pay close attention to the dynamics of a model Good luck with finishing it!

EDIT:

Your signature is the most original I've seen
