Ew. Couldn't you have stolen from Counter-Strike: Source?

I'd love to see things from your point of view but I can't get my head that far up my bum.

Naxone, did you rip these textures out of the game, or did you use Counter-Strike as inspiration??

Seriously guys, don't flame him before you ask that basic question!

Facepalm*

It seems like all the new people come in and try to impress everyone and they get caught as a pirate or something... *sigh*

Here we go again.. I feel bad for the mods and all the work lately.. They should ask money

They're 1998 textures. They're rubbish even if they aren't pirated - which they are...

Post Removed

Mod Note: I'm sick of people who should be helping others out, whether they're new or not. Attitudes like this are unwelcome here; if that's too much for you too handle, find another home.

The Pirate issues are handled (there are rules for that) by us. I removed the download yesterday, just waiting to see if he replies before I retire.

There are a few people who need some guidance now and then, as to how tolerant behavior should be applied here. Sure, it can get frustrating to see new people ask the same things over and over again. But guess what; you don't have to post in their thread! If a thread gets bumped down because of one of their posts...I'm sure it can get bumped back up again.

I'm sorry, but you broke the rules like some of the other new members here and I just sort of snapped.
I apologize for being so aggressive...

Naxone: Oh that is silly. We are being tolerant as much as possible, but stolen textures from a game without permission is way over the limits.

I suggest you download yourself a nice free art package and search the internet for royalty free textures.

Check the licence restrictions, such as commercial and non commercial usage.

Boxes and crates are a good place to start learning texture work.

Sure its easier using pre-made textures aquired from other sources, but using textures made yourself is ultimatly more rewarding and will bolster your self-esteem aswell as improve your modelling and texturing skills. Everyone starts somewhere.

PC Specifications : AMD Phemon Quad Core 2.2Ghz. Windows Vista Home Premium. 2GB DDR2 RAM. Cheapest X10 Card on the Market.

TGC Store Tag : Kasseyus (need to make a graphical sig one day)
