i don't know how to create the exe file with the dark basic pro

The executable is made upon running or compiling your application within DBPro. You can either choose to press F4 (just compiling) or F5 (compiling and running). Then you will find the executable in the same folder that your DBPRO or DBA file is in.

no, wen i push f5 run my program but don't create the exe file

You're not looking in the right directory, then. I suggest reviewing your project settings, since DBPro is project-based.

F5 creates the EXE file and runs it.

If you hit F5 and your program runs then there is exe.If it produce error then there is no executable.That`s it.You need to be sure you saved your project somwhere, the place where you load your program source is the place where the executable is made.
