Hey,
I'm pretty new to Milkshape 3D and am working on a T-Rex model. When I created my skeleton, I made the mistake of starting the joints with the tail. Is there anyway I can change the direction the bones in the tail are going?

I have tried to experiment using Milkshape's joint tool and I don't see any way to fix it so that the parent/child relationship is changed. I always start with the root join in the center of the model and work my way out.

You might take a look at the ChumbaLum forum. Perhaps someone there has an idea that might help. Link:
