Would be helpfull if you gave us your specs and OS........

All I can say is that your PC is not good enough and and your not running Windows Vista/Windows 7, I know that you can get the classic theme in them but I reckon your using Windows XP

Windows 7, Amd Athlon 7750 Black Editon (64 bit,3ghz + Dual Core), ATI Readon HD 4870 1gb Edition, 4gb Ram.

If you couldn't create a local file, then I would assume that you have User Account Control on. Try Turning that off.

Copter dont post tripple threads please D: as budokaiman said please update your FPSC to 1.11, to do this make sure your operating system is vista or windows 7. Make sure as budokaiman said that your UAC is disabled. Make sure that your Anti-virus is not blocking the connection for FPSC x10.

You do realise Fps Creator X10 only works on Windows Vista and Windows 7..

By the looks of your desktop I would say you running XP or earlier..
