Now time for importing and testing.So far so good Like the overall effects noticed one for two things that I need to redo due to mesh alignment issues.

What is nice that the curves can be used to connect to one another so you can have plenty of twists and turns and no one area will look exactly the same...

thanks

Ah well bit disappointed, could have looked worse...Per pixel light mapping is need....
I remember lee telling me to play around with the light map settings to reduce the effects of missing per pixel light mapping, will have to try that..

But this marks also officially the first new multi leveled/Curved mesh for the tunnels series....and a first for floors...

lol

Not really all that much I still like doing different themed stuff every now and again.But right now doing the tunnels is getting to learn new modeling tips and tricks.As with any learning "curve" then putting that into practice...as I learn the new stuff I like expanding original ideas and improving on it so there might be another few tunnel sets before I am satisfied and move on to some thing else...

Some thing else I will be looking at doing in the near future a top side sewer system.Thanks to the tunnels I have learned a thing or two and will have the necessary experience to tackle that job.

Always wanted a Half-Life type sewer system, not necessarily a copy of it but around those lines.

Yeah will do that working on some support sections and some nice bars for the dividing the sections...

Still have to decide on the textures theme for this I am leaning more towards a darkish concrete Goth look....

well I decided the ceiling could use a little lift as support....as such all curved and straight meshes will be updated to reflect the new changes...

I think overall it is a major improvement.If you wondering about the floor piece in the middle, well I decided to add a curved grate to the mix.I think that would be the first official curved grate floor mesh...

Very nice modeling. Very impressive.
Are you sure you dont live in the tunnels?

This will be a great information for models when fully tested.
Keep up the great work.

@Jeddy2

Thanks well this is a still evolving project so it might end up completely different from the original screenshots since I am not working from reference pictures and purely on ideas and imagination...I already had the brain wave of a few things I want to add.

So this is a long term project perhaps a few weeks...I said a darkish theme, I would still like to keep that theme but stray away from the WWII themed bunker tunnel....and move into a more modern tunnel setting.That is why I decided to add the grate sections.I decided to add a grate sections to the top part in the middle.

This should give me the desired effect that I want.

@Pirate Myke
Thanks ! :}

Nice additions like always WoI.

I would check your polys, alot of them could use a cleanup. Just a small tip.

Good luck with further adds.

Okay guys here is the final version.
Please note:!!

The modified texture has been supplied with permission from Rick and Lee...I wouldn't have to mention that they are still the respectful owners of the texture and should be used according to TGC EULA.

Enjoy !

*edit*
*Changed directory structure
*Changed and removed some segments for better stability.
*Added entitybank to avoid some segments not loading entities.
*Changed specular and bump depth.
