I aligned the M203M402R from model pack 9 with the new airmod features (I'm sure it's not from the beta or the airmod features), but for some strange reason the muzzle flash is coming over the gun rather than in front of it, I have posted a picture to show you what I mean. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Hm.You probably messed up something in the gunspec under muzzleflash.Give me 10 minutes to mod my M203M402R and i'll just give you a gunspec

Just reinstalled and is working fine now.

And no I am running the 117 beta 2.
