Can't figure out why i'm getting this error

Running Vista 64, done the updates per compatibilty thread told me to. Everything looks fine and is all updated correctly

The error message says that it could not load the DBProCameraDebug.dll not found.

Tried reinstalling/reupdating, no use...

oops , try re-installing this dx see if that doesn't fix it
