Hello all!

Its been years since I've used my DB Pro, I dont even remember how to start but I'll get back to it hopefully.

I sort of lost interest in making games for the PC because I dont have the time to develop what I wanted, but with the comming of the tablet, new ideas are forming, for more casual games that are not necessarily less fun just because they dont have 3D state of the art graphics.

Anyone want to share your opinion on the use of DBp to create games for tablets? Many will be comming out with Win7, possibly even XP.

Yeah, in fact my sudoku game for Netbooks has been designed with tablets in mind, because I'm imagining that we'll see Atom processors in tablets and netbooks with touch screens. I can imagine tablet PC's will drop in price quite shortly to compete with the iPad, and Intels Atom processor is perfect for such devices - so maybe you should look at AppUp as a possible revenue for a casual game project.

All I did really, was make everything controllable with the mouse, and put all the controls on one side, so it would be comfortable to play while holding it in your hands.

Yea, the Asus Eeepad is comming out shortly, it has very good specs and should cost around 500$

Right, I suppose that every "point and click" game that is mouse controlled will work with touchscreen? no need to write code for touchscreens?
