You can create a weapon with Somone else's model and use it, but you CANNOT redistribute it unless you edit it enough to call it your own. Distributing somone else's gun is called pirating...

Just to clear things up a little, you cannot redistribute media even if you have modified it a lot, most licences will state this, unless the original author states that its ok to do so this applies even more to model meshes.
The modified enough rule applies to TGC stock textures only and only on these forums.

I'll give you the .x for a gun I have if you want to work with it. That is if its ok with the mods. It has no texture though.

Yes, as said, if you have permission, but if your asking if anyone has any you could make FPSC ready, I have these 2 WWII guns.

If you get permission, yes. Or if the license says that redistribution is allowed, yes. But mainly, getting permission is probably the most probably choice. I'd ask the author anyway even if the license said so.
