HI all, I found a few threads on this subject before posting but i dont think any of them addressed these questions:
1. is a server with an active URL required for the set net connection command?
2. what does the string look like once u have the ip and url? sample maybe?
3. if a server isn't required, is it more efficient? I have one but it isnt up and running yet... is it the only way to connect outside of the subnet? I tried linking up with a friend across town and it didnt work but if we were on the same router it was no trouble at all.
