How can i make an object rotate to point at the mouse, but only rotate left and right, not up and down?

There is a command that I know DBP has, but I can't remember what the syntax is. I'm not at my home pc now but here goes....
There is a command to get the 3D location of any point on the screen I think it's "pick screen". Use that to get the 3D point and use "point object" so it will face it......
