How would you be able to change the hudx and hudy values that actually affect the weapon hud position, as in setuplevel.fpi there are no references to the actual hud file for the weapon.

Any help?

Navigate to your weapon's folder withing the Files>Gamecore>Guns location. The most important items are the HUD.x and the gunspec.txt. Within the gunspec you can edit certain lines, but I find it easier to just edit the HUD.x itself (within FragMotion).

@PWP

Oops I'm sorry

I meant the actual weapon hud icon in the top right corner of FPSC with the ammo numeric hud. How could I move both of these to my liking as I'd prefer the ammo and weapon icon to be in a different position.

@BlackFox and PWP

Thank you so much for your help! I didn't realise that the ammo numeric affected the weapon hud

I think that's one of the undocumented features of FPSC.

The hudimage=gamecore\huds\ammo.tga seems to be a placeholder if there is no hud_icon.tga in the Gun folder.

If there is one it gets replaced by the hud_icon. Maybe that's why there is the hudmake=status at the end of the line. Would be worth a look at the source code...
