The blend1 file is a backup, it will stil work in blender if you remove the 1 but it's probably an older version of your model.

The reason the weight paint overshoots is probably because of wrong geometry.

I fixed the geometry and added an armature, you can remove it if you want to practice yourself.

Here's your file back.

Thank you!!!!!!!! =D
but how did you fix the geomotry or whatever it looks awesome!! and whats that thing to the left?
and do armatures show up in dbpro if you had one sort of out of the model because it was too skinny?

I fixed it by pressing delete and f (make face) lots of times, other than that I can't really explain. It takes a bit of practice, but you'll get there if you want to.

The thing to the left is the outliner, it gives a nice overview of what you've created. Lookup a tutorial about splitting the blender window.

Armatures do no show up in darkbasic pro as geometry, however getting the animation to work has proven to be a real pain.

I suggest you try and make 2 cubes and 2 bones, animate it and try to get it to work in dbp. Use the search function if it wont.

My exporter seems to work pretty well for people who use rigged/animated models. You should check the sig if you have problems.

Oh, on a side note, the rig I made is NOWHERE near a proper human rig. I haven't studied that technique yet.
