Get fenix mod or update to the new 1.17 beta. Airmod is built in to almost every mod because its a free source.

It's only the beta. The full version will be out shortly. Like two or three weeks if Lee and Hockeykid don't slack.

You have to merge it into the normal FPSC folder if you want it to work. That might of been the problem.

If it still dosen't work go talk about it in the Migration thread, it's just a beta, so it's bound to have a few (hundred thousand) bugs here and there, but hopefully most of them will be cleared out.

I just installed it and it works fine. You don't have to do any "merging". Install, clean, and get rid of any other update first, to make sure it works.

You download the zip. You extract it. You click on the one file called "fpscv117update" or something like that, so you click it, it installs it and asks you to delete temporary .bin and .dbo files, you click "Y" and that should be it. You did it like that?

It does not matter where you extract it. As long as you run the EXE file included, and go through what it tells you (and press the 'Y' key on your keyboard when it asks you about DBO and BIN files), you won't have any problems... It's very, very easy. And you don't have to delete anything.

yes it does, try running fpscdumpmem.exe

Who the hell is General Failure? And why is he trying to read my hard disk?

My software never has bugs. It just develops random features.

It won't screw anything up, it just cleans a few stuff out and is worth a shot.

I had the same problem. You need to install the latest windows updates.

I suppose that this is where I'm supposed to put some witty one liner. Well...sorry to disappoint.

What version do you have?

I will admit that I'm not always right, but I'll never admit that I'm wrong.

Can't you see that no one cares anymore because we can't explain to you more simple than that!
I can't believe it's such a big problem for you to understand what to do!
Download the update (it's now a full update, not a beta),extract it to ANYWHERE you want.Start the program/update you extracted, wait for it to install and you're DONE!

Ok,do you now understand??

we're talking about windows updates. I had the same problem of not being able to run the updated version of FPSC. Updating windows is all that was needed.

I will admit that I'm not always right, but I'll never admit that I'm wrong.
