Just installed DBP off the DarkGame Studio CD. I am running Windows 7, but DBP keeps giving me prompts stating that I am running Windows Vista. Will this cause problems.

Brother has to badger me to follow through

Strange, i'm running DBPro on 7 and i don't ever remember getting those kind of prompts, have you checked for patches and updates for DBPro?

I think what the message is saying is if you are on vista it will give you problems, try right clicking then selecting run as administrator

Don't worry, it won't give you problems. I worried about the same things and it worked fine. just remember to turn of the notification thing in win 7.

Just run dbp and all your tgc type tools outside of program files. Permission problems solved. (i keep my tgc stuff in a folder called tgc right off the c drive).
