i have a small question

is it possible to make fpscreator with a server and client?
so players wont have to host their own game but they stil can be the room leader what i mean is this:

i own a vps server now i wanto make it that players can login in their user account

and click create room (here they can put their game settings) players can join and play the game but if the room manager leaves the game will still continue (as i host it trough an vps or dps)now im not quit sure if this is possible but since everything is conectable trough mysql im pretty sure this is to...

now i hope anyone has the knowledge just to judge if its possibile if its possible i know people who can make it work for me.

its going to cost me alot of money if i have these people help me
so please only anwser serieus and only answers i can really use answers like stop dreaming wont help me i just need to know if its possible a couple of examples who have this are:

combat arms
sudden attack
rakion

(just think about the menu features)
