A few things i picked up on your site, this is just so you look more respectable and is meant with the nicest intentions.

Im not sure on this one but its Customer feedback, not Customers, just seems weird.
Then on a feedback;

It may be legit feedback but people make errors, spellchecking is essential for a bussiness to be taken seriously.
The site itself is not scalable. When a large image is posted here, the site automatically scales on the width to accomodate it. On your site, the left navigation bar overides it and half of the information is covered over. I had to zoom right out to fit all the information in, but by that time it was unreadable, well i couldnt be bothered straining myself.
Overall the pack looks good, flowers are flowers they are on the floor and are normally out of the users focus area. But work is professional looking so the price can be justified, Dexon just gives it to us so good
