I found out that all texture (especially weapon textures) have drastically decreased it's quality!
Why?

Change "dividetexturesize" to 0 in setup.ini

Thats the problem with this forum, no one explains how they actually fixed the problem so that it may help others in the future, so please explain.

Ok,the problem wasn't FPSC but with the ATI Catalyst,everything there reseted (for some reason),which made the texture look like they were from the late 90's.
