You used to be able to DIM an array with a variable for the number of elements in DB Classic, but it doesn't seem to work in Pro

Umm...on the topic of arrays...

I have a situation with save and load array...
IT DOESN'T WORK
I have an array called "bp" with 500,3 dimmensions [dim bp(500,3)]

I have "save array fil$+".coi",bp(0,0)"
(fil$ is the filename w/out ext)

then in my loading routine I have:

"dim bp(500,3)
load array fil$+".coi",bp(0,0)"

when I print out the values It returns ALL ZEROES

All help would be greatly appreciated
