I have fenix mod and i cant get the 3rd person to work., how do i do this? can someoine help

Place a character entity on the map i.e. the Conker, and make it's Main script the 3rd person script which comes with Fenix Mod. Then you will play as the Conker in third person.

There are slight bugs with the 3rd person at the moment

I had the same problem when I used Fenix.
