Yes, I have there one wav and it doesnt create lip sync files. It says it completed but theres no lip sync files

Hopefully someone can help thought the v1.17 is new and theres no support.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: Okay, if i put two wav files in there it starts processing but it crashes and throws error message, Screen attached

Anyone has sameproblem? Anyone has it fixed?

Did you download the Microsoft SDK Lee mentioned?

Well i didnt, I downloaded the whole package. But still same error messsage, nothing changed.

same problem same stuff done, but i dont get error when doing 2

Who the hell is General Failure? And why is he trying to read my hard disk?

I downloaded the speech sdk, installed it, and when I try to convert it just says prosseing... done
Then no lipsync file

The wav file must be a 16bit mono 44khz file.

File name with no spaces or special characters.

This is how I got it to work.

I have access to adobe audition. I am not at that machine at the moment.

In sound recorder. You could try:

Record your wav file. Keep it short for testing.

Then File-Save as..
Save as dialog comes up. In XP at the bottom of the dialog box there is a <change...> format button.

Sound Selection dialog box opens.
Under name try CD Quality
Format: PCM
Attributes: 44,100, 16 Bit, Mono 86kb/sec
Press OK

Back to save as Dialog box

Give your file a name with no spaces in it or special characters.
(As this is a dos application for the converter program.

Put that file in the darkvoices folder and give it a try.

Hope this helps. I will check this thread a little more often.

I will try one out in sound recorder tomorrow.
