Holding a gun to their head and asking in a strong authoritative voice may work?

@Nbt

@A dude
Only the characters labelled (Talker) can lipsync with wav files (The Colonel X and Aiko from scifi are rigged, but I'm not sure about WW2 chars).

You need to use the convert program in the audiobank/darkvoices folder to make the lipsync file.

Or you can use DarkVoices, which allows you to also tweak it by adding/editing the lip movement assignments.

I tried that. The sound just comes, but he doesn't lip sync.
